The Lakes at College Pointe is THE nicest apartment community in Fort Myers! I lived there for two years and would still be there if I had not had to relocate. I took a lot in to consideration when choosing a place to call home. There are a few luxury apartment communities in the area, but none that measure to the standard of College Pointe. The clubhouse is spectacular!!! Jaw Dropping! No exagerration! The pool is heated with a beautiful mural of the beach in the background. The fitness center is 3x the size of the other communities and is perfect for anyone who weight trains or is interested in cardio. I absolutely loved my neighbors and made many friends at their social functions. Oh yeah, did I mention they picked my trash up at my doorstep! You just won't find service like that anywhere else. I could go on for days but the staff is great, the interiors are beautiful! So if you are going to do it, DO IT RIGHT!!!
