I lived at College Point for two years. They stopped the trash pick up because there were a lot of dirties neighbors that live the trash in the corridor for days, let's say the pick up day was Monday and they put the trash outside the door on Tuesday.Disgusting... The smell and the bugs were terrible. So after that they decided to stop the trash pick up.
In a third floor is wonderful, no complains, no noisy neighbors.
At that time I left a huge amount as a deposit because my credit was terrible, they gave me back all the whole amount. The management company is wonderful. The maintenance service is great too. They always responded very fast to our calls. Well, in two years we just call once!! The complex is pretty new.Yes.... the gate was always broken....it's a cheap gate!
Burglary is always present when you live in a complex, just take care.
I think college Point is one of the best condos of Fort Myers.The Balconies are huge and the floor plans terrific. I loved it!

I love living at the Lakes at College Pointe. They are so friendly and they have a wonderful maintenance team. They fast and friendly. It's only been a few months and I know that i will be staying a long time!!!!
