Lived here 3 years, great floorplans and bathrooms, reasonable rent, dog friendly. Definately the best for the money in SWFL. If you live on the parking lot side, there can be a lot of noise on weekends. The clubhouse is great and maintenance and staff handle problems quickly and professionally. However, my new neighbors did drugs and were noisy and ended up being kicked out after two or three complaints. If you move here, live in building 3 on the lake side, it is the quietest and the neighbors are great. Plenty of parking with convenient assigned spot. Did have aircondintioning problems, but was corrected within an hour of my maintenance request. I even called twice after 11pm and maintenance was there in a flash! The lake is very pretty with ducks, big turtles, and a great blue heron who all live there.
