I have been living here for 3 years and never knew that a few of the staff members actually live in the community. That says a lot! If someone is willing to make this their work place AND home- wow! So clean, efficient, and fantastic- why wouldn't you want to live here.
Parking- Occasionally someone parks in my spot- but everyone is very understanding about parking availability. Plus there is tons of visitors parking.
Noise- Serious- what is this place made of... because I barely hear anyone! And i'm on the ground floor.
Grounds- Even after a hard dry season the grounds still look nice. The maintenance team is very dedicated to making the community clean and beautiful.
Safety- Every hallway if completely lighted day and night, gates after recent work have been working continuously, and the alarm system in the unit makes it feel extra secure.
Construction- This place is not brand new- but it still looks as if did the day I moved in.
Maintenance- Maintenance is out here the same day that they are called and the office even calls to make sure I am happy after the repair!!!
Staff- The girls are all real sweethearts- dedicated (some are better than others)- but any problem is always handled with care. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
