I have lived in The Lakes at College for less than a year and I already know I will be renewing when the time comes. It feels safe here and the people here are so friendly. I like the fact they are so pet friendly. I have a larger dog and I was surprised that such a nice community would accept pets like mine. The staff here is always there when I need them and the maintenance comes right away. For those who prefer renting, rent at The Lakes at College pointe.

Funny...I had a history of car vandallizim here. My neighbor repededly had the police called on him. Sounds like a safe place to me.
The apartment complex is full of people with big dogs, and none of them pick up after them.
