We have been here for three years,and I must say the maintenance here has been very efficient and prompt. I would recommend this rental community to anyone that I know.The service has been good from all concerned, and friendly.It was a good start for us here in Florida.

I'm not an employee of this rental development and I am just giving my opinion as I have lived it.
