We just bought a 2/2 in Venetian Palms. This is a very good investment,
well kept landscaping, nice people and overall a good area.
There is something wrong, no matter where you go - if you have that attitude -
Grounds are kept well, Parking is accessible, apartments are good size.
It is all there, enjoy it !

you're a friggin idiot. The value of these properties have dropped over $100,000 in the last 6 months and I'm quite SURE you feel that is a great investment at $40,000. However, you will soon find that you are not feeling well due to all of the mold festering in your walls and that your neighbors are all crazy and mexican. Enjoy all the shopping carts scattered about the property. MUY BUENO!!!

YOU PAID HOW MUCH FOR THIS!!! I'm so sorry but you have lost your mind. How about some beachfront property in AZ? Cheap......... By the way, even though it says "NO fishing" in the pond - go ahead - they don't enforce it.

We had the apartment fully inspected and I am happy to inform you that there is no mold in the apartment - that is a fact, you are wrong. We paid below 45K and feel it is a decent investment, I guess it all depends on your expectations. Sure it is not a 5 star hotel, but good enough, these days you should be grateful to still own your home.

I was considering buying a unit in here until I drove around one Saturday and saw most of the tenants were Hispanic. Is there anyplace in Lee County anymore that you can rent without having to deal with all the "cultural differences"?
