The place to be!!! Staff is super friendly. Place is kept very clean. All my neighbors know one another so it feels like a nice close knit community. Stores of all are in walking distance,even local night clubs!! I would definetly recomend The lakes @college pointe!!

Horrible experience!! Total nightmare. When we moved out the sent us a bill with made up charges for $800.00. These people are trying to rip you off!! The girl on the phone could not tell us what any of the charges are for. If I were you I would stay far away from these folks.

Salamanca Pointe ....continuing to improve Salamanca has went from a low ocupancy at takeover April 2008 current occupancy was 11% They are now not even 2 years later, during continued economic downturn, preleased to 75%! They have to be doing something right! Keep it up!

There Ratings are HARSH I've lived in Ashlar over a year and have had no problems. The gates are a little wacky but I have NEVER felt unsafe. I've left my door unlocked, my car window down, and remained safe. This is a working class area. I cant speak on every building in Ashlar

Mold, Mold Everywhere Despite having 2 buildings condemned for mold damage, office staff had the nerve to tell me there wasn't any mold problem!!! Speak to some of the residents here and get the real scoop. I did and boy am I glad. I was so close to signing a lease before I find out
