It's the perfect apartment for a single person. The rent is the most affordable I found for the area, but still in a safe location. The apartments were built in the 80's, and have some built in shelving and vaulted ceilings. They have a laundry room/storage room. I've had no problems with maintenance or security. The apartment complex is almost always quiet and people keep to themselves; it's a very peaceful place to live. I just renewed my lease for a second year. In the monthly newsletter that goes out, the manager does make a point of reminding residents about speed limits, children being out after dark, and guests only being allowed to stay for 14 days. All of this seems strict at times, but I suppose it's also what keeps it peaceful.
