	the apartment are spacious with a great floor plan. it is a family community so thier is noise bt nothigh different from other places. over all great for the low price i pay in rent. and the managment is awesome.

	Sabal Chase is a dump. You don't want to live there. Garbage, cars park everywhere, no security. Gates always broken.
