I've done extensive research on this facility -- viewing tenant activity, watching the lackluster effort of the maintenance crew (which resembles a splinter group of Al-Qaeda), and observing the landlord truly ignore the tenants' needs. Truly deplorable, third-worldish living conditions. Management should be ashamed, but I don't think they know that emotion.
I, indeed, concur that Southern Courtyard is a piece of ---- place to stay.
