Not worth it at all!!!

I have lived at white caps for a while in the past.It sucked.Lots of people coming over from Archie's in the middle of the night.And the music from there can be quite loud when you are trying to sleep.Lots of people smoking crack there(NOT KIDDING).Place is really crappy.
