Things are worst now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2007   I have lived here to long. The rent is going up to 880.00 a month, my apartment is now called the marina so they can charge more rent. We now have to pay for water and trash pick up. It's like having a house. They are charging 17.50 a month for garbge pick up, thats 210.00 a year. If you times that by 180 (thats how many apts are here) thats 37800.00 a year. What a rip off you can't get them to fix anything unless you yell and scream. This my last year here, I can't wait to move.
