Good apartment for the money - I moved in here two years ago. About 6 months ago, the owners changed the management here, and they have really improved the property, upgrading the buildings and grounds, adding additional security measures, and making an effort to make this a community. GREAT COMPLEX - HAS BEEN REVAMPED & CLEANED UP IN 2006 - Southern Courtyards is now a great place to live the new management is in the process of remodeling the entire complex and they has moved out the scruffy tenants.

Not worth it at all!!! I have lived at white caps for a while in the past.It sucked.Lots of people coming over from Archie's in the middle of the night.And the music from there can be quite loud when you are trying to sleep.Lots of people smoking crack there(NOT KIDDING).Place is really crappy.
