The best place to live - For the past 3 years I have lived at Treasure Cay. I am a senior citizen who lives alone with her cat. I wouldn't dream of living anywhere else. I find the staff to be helpful, caring, and friendly. I have no qualms about letting maintenance into my apartment when I am not home because they are trustworthy. GREAT COMPLEX - HAS BEEN REVAMPED & CLEANED UP IN 2006 - Southern Courtyards is now a great place to live the new management is in the process of remodeling the entire complex and they has moved out the scruffy tenants.

no thrilled in the ten months that i have lived there someone was shot in a drug deal at the complex pool. my apartment was robbed. the thiefs came in my bedroom window. i had let the office know that my window did not lock and i tried to get someone to come and fix it from the maintenace
