It's difficult to write a review about Heather Glenn without sounding overly dramatic, but the fact is that this place is a three-ring circus. After living there for almost two years and moving into a house, we were more than ready to be in a quieter environment. The apartments are beautiful on the outside and even more so on the inside. As far as the building is concerned, you get more than your money's worth; a large living space with burber carpet and solid wood cabinetry. However, the management changed hands maybe six times in the time we spendt there and NO ONE will help you if you have a problem.

They never return calls on anything, but they are quick to track you down if they think you owe them money. They send out threatening memos of new "rules" that they never enforce. There is supposedly at "courtesy officer" on site who never calls you back if you page him. We had a continuing noise problem with a neighbor and the police were called numerous times. Again, a problem they wouldn't deal with. After finally moving out, we were looking forward to getting our money back from our deposit. Instead, we recieved a certified letter stating that we owe them almost $200 for damages they say we left to the apartment. The fees are bogus, we have photos to prove it and we did not damage anything. We tried to get them to do the required run-through of the apartment with us, which they continued to put off and it never got down. I'm sure this will get ugly, seeing as they aren't getting one dime from us.

Bottom line...RUN AWAY as far as you can. These people, and any other Concord Properties are all thieves and cheats and will stop at nothing to con you away from your money. Pay the extra money and get a house or apartment with good management. Don't let this be your nightmare like it's been our's.
