My room mate and I filled out an application there. After turning in our income estimates, they said we made only $150 too much for the whole year. When we brought in our pay stubs it turned out we made actually $2000 less per year than we had originally thought. Our reply still came back saying we made too much by about $150, but they wouldn't give us an exact amt and then kept giving us the run around and eventually just denied accepting our application. My lawyer went over the numbers and we were definitely in the income bracket. They are very shady and only want to try to take your money. It took one month to just get back our deposit and when they sent us the check, it came back with my name misspelled so I couldn't cash it and my room mates first name wasn't even the right name on the check. I hate them all and they suck.

If you are going to write a negative remark about a place, please remember that you should probably sound mature and adult like. The comment, "I hate them all and they suck" is juvenile.
