I was so intrigued by these apartments, nice, clean, safe, gated, etc. It was just me and my son and after seeing some of the run down places in FWB it was great to run into this place, well... It was the worst experience of my life!!!
They said it wouldn't be a problem more than 1,000 times within a 2 week period, telling me not to worry, but yet kept asking for more and more documentation, things I feel didn't need to be brought up to RENT an apartment. First its income, 2nd its how much child support I get, will I get regular mileage checks, How much money do I owe on my house, how much are my renters paying, I just couldn't believe it! I told them I had a moving truck coming in on a certain day (2 weeks away from the day I filled out my app) again NOT a problem. Well at 10 am, 2 hours before my moving truck came in I found out I MAKE TOO MUCH $$..WTF' What happened to RENTING an apartment, if you pay on time, don't cause problems, what difference does it make' Hell I bought and built my own home with less crap! They didn't care that I was a Govt Employee, they didn't care that I had enough money to pay the rent, they needed way more information than I believe anyone should have to provide to RENT an apartment. I did however do what was asked based on how much I loved the complex, but never again, they basically wasted 2 weeks of my life that I could have used searching for something else to live in.
So basically if you are on welfare, get SS checks, come here, cause by god they want those supplemental checks from the govt for people who dont make that much money!!!

YEP, this happened to me too!! Told me my income was too high, because last year I made more than 24,000 dollars, and If I wanted to move in with my boyfriend, he couldn't get a job in FWB, because it would go over! We left, we moved home. Too much hassle. They are the nicest ones, you'd think they'd be a little nicer.
