I lived in Heather Glenn for a little over a year and was never late on my rent and when i notified them one time i would be late they charged me 50$ daily. The office Staff are very rude if youre not married and they discriminate against your personal circumstances. Most neighbors are on public assistance, section 8 and only pay a small percentage of rent. I have a 2 year old and my neighbors under me called the cops on me many times because my son "walks too loud". People there are racist and the office discriminates against interracial couples. I was paying 700. to get treated like this. Its not worth it. Id find somewhere else to live if i were you.
