Great When Your Owner Is Great! - I lived at Countryside for two years while I was an undergrad at UF. One thing to keep in mind is that the majority of the units are privately owned, thus your rental experience could be a little different from others. Fortunately my owner was awesome. None-the-less here's an elaboration of each rating category: Parking - ample parking with no issues... even on gamedays there were no ...Full review of Countryside at the University

Tivoli is a very good place - I would like to recommend Tivoli to anyone moving to Gainesville. The apartments are well maintained even though they are not necessarily the newest in town. We been here 3 years now and honestly, there have never been any problems. No noise, no crimes no problems with maintenance. If something ever stops working or breaks the office takes care of it immediately. They seem to take a ...Full review of Tivoli Apartments

sad to leave - Here are a few points about this complex: 1) it's a great value with no frills - no glitter to attract frat boys etc 2) it has a nice staff - no sorority girls here 3) it has good parking - no worries about drunk undergrads parking crooked half in your parking spot 4) it's in a fairly safe area although you might not want to wander too far north of the complex 5) the maintenance is great ...Full review of Center Point Apartments

Excellent place to live - I moved here after having owned a 40-acre Thoroughbred farm, where I had no visible neighbors, my own gym, pool, and hot tub, as well as three houses on the property. For the past 20 years, I've lived in houses with 15-30 foot ceilings, which was one of my requirements for choosing an apartment: no 9-foot ceilings. The apartments are well designed, the ...Full review of Cobblestone Apartments
