No bueno - Location is good, but everything else is pretty crappy. Lots of road noise. Subpar maintenance. Bike got stolen. Nobody picks up after their dogs. Very nice place, just needs some changes - Hunters Crossing is a very nice place, but the maintenance here completely sucks. Nice place to live - I have lived at Arbor West for a little over a year now, and I really do not know where the people writing some of these awful reviews live.
