Great place to live - Make sure you notice that any bad review on here is from several years ago. Downtown is an amazing place to live and Arlington is the best you'll find in the area. I've lived there for two years now and have very few negative things to say. Being a pet-friendly community, nearly everybody there owns either a dog or cat or several of each, aka there tends to be animal ...Full review of Arlington Square

The price is right - I have lived at Georgetown for almost a year. The management is awesome. The maintenance crew is fantastic. Of the few problems we have had to deal with (this is a pretty old complex) everything was handled ASAP. If you have never lived in an older two-story structure, one will definitely find living on the first floor a bit noisy. It is convenient for both UF and SFCC students, having ...Full review of Georgetown Apartments

Great complex near UF - I have been here for a couple of years. Nice, quiet complex. Have only had one issue with my refrigerator which was fixed the same day. Have recommended this place to my friends and a couple have move here. Sadly I have to move out of the city for another job. But a great place if you are looking for a nice place to live. ...Full review of Serenola Manor Apartments

A Nice Place to Live - I like where I'm living very much. When I first heard of the place, they allowed cats, and when I moved in, they didn't. But when I requested it, they let me bring my cat in! They allow small pets, but no dogs, cats, or large birds. The layout is pretty good, and what it lacks in natural light they try to make up for with artificial light. Three lights in ...Full review of Santa Fe Trace Apartments

A NICE PLACE TO LIVE - During the past eight years either my brothers or I have been residents of Rockwood Villas. It is a well-kept, respectful community, right on a bus-route, and quite close to Oaks Mall. It is a very nice place to live. ...Full review of Rockwood Villas

Great Management - Poor neighborhood - The management is great and very friendly. They are always helpful and quick to follow up on repairs. My only complaint is that my apartment, I believe, is the only one that has not had the bathroom re-finshed yet. I remind them quite often, and quite often I am told they will get to it this week or next, but I have been here for two years and it still hasn't happened. ...Full review of Hickory Hills Apartments

Love it - Hey....I actually love living at Tumblin Creek. No, it's not the most modern apartment neighborhoods, but we've got a lot of other things going for us. It's small, quaint, and the entire community is made up of 1/1s. Most of the folks who live here are older, but there handfuls of older UF students here as well. I like the fact that it's quiet and tucked away ...Full review of Tumblin Creek Ii

Livable - This is not your typical Gainesville apartment complex. There are only about 26 units in the whole place. It was an assisted living facility way back a long time ago. There are NO amenities at all - no pool, recreation center, volleyball ect. There is a small wash room at the very end of the facility but you need to pay to use them. The owner is a middle age guy that does all the ...Full review of Oasis Apartments

- We lived here for just over 2 years. We loved it. For the money it's super quiet , GATED and mostly proffesional living there.

They have now gone condo converion. We moved instead of buying.

The frount area by the door was a little dark and diry looking. As we had a tree in our patio area and it had mildew all over the place. Not enough sun light.

The love ...Full review of Grantwood Apartments

Great Community-- Bad Area - This is the only off campus UF housing and the only one that does not require pricey decals. Parking is pretty good, never more than a block to walk. My husband and I were in Tanglewood South. We had a two bedroom, 1.5 bath. There is no carpet, but it keeps it clean. The appliances and bathrooms were all new and wonderful! The kitchen is small, but functional. The ...Full review of Tanglewood Apartments
