Livable - This is not your typical Gainesville apartment complex. There are only about 26 units in the whole place. It was an assisted living facility way back a long time ago. There are NO amenities at all - no pool, recreation center, volleyball ect. There is a small wash room at the very end of the facility but you need to pay to use them.
