Apartments are really nice on the inside though the patio is closed in by concrete. Some of the apartments have tile which I thought was a nice bonus. The vaulted ceilings help w/ the small space (550 sq ft including patio). Management was really easy to work with. I was able to negotiate for some minor changes before I moved in. All maintenance was done in a timely fashion. Quiet complex; mostly grad students or professionals.
