Don?t move into the Arbor. The owner is a lawyer, and he will sue you at the drop of a hat. Just look at their other properties; they are all ghettos. They will treat you like scum once you sign that lease. They have a 120 day auto renewal clause that is unheard of in Gainesville. If you turn in a written notice, it has to be in writing, a day late you are locked in for a year and will be sued if you leave. They also will keep your deposit by charging ridiculous prices; for example, $15 for a light bulb. Moreover, my clothes got stolen twice from the laundry room. Nicole, the manager, will also lie to save her but when you complain.

I agree. They tried to sue me as well. The whole Banta family will do everything possible to screw college students out of their money.
