I really only had 3 big complaints about Arbor.

1. When I moved in the closet was really odd. They had 1 shelf for hanging clothes that was about 4.5 ft. above the floor, meaning you could only hang 1 rack of clothes, not 2. So, put in a work order with Nicole, who botched it for 8 weeks until they redid my closet so I had 2 shelves.

2. When I moved out, Nicole was not in town. We had a date set and everything and she just wasn't in the office. Ended up screwing up the move and ended up getting Nicole in big trouble. When I came back to town to do the move out she tried to get me to pay hundreds to repait the place for 3 marks on the wall. I called the owner and she too found out Nicole wasn't at work the day I moved out and waived that fee.

3. I had one of the apartments that the peeping tom was looking in. They put a utility poll right by my bedroom window with a real bright light. Thank God I moved weeks later or I would never have slept at night (or was it day) again!

Now, other than these 3 things, I'd say good, but never great.
