Nicole will lie and the Banta family will sue you....READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN THE LEASE!!!!

Do not move into any of the Banta properties. Listen to the other reviews about getting sued. They will try to get every last dime out of you when you move out, and if you don't pay, you get sued. It doesn't take much for them to sue you, since Brad Banta is a lawyer. You might as well think of you security deposit as an additional months rent because your probably not going to get it back. Moreover, you probably will have to pay in addition to the security deposit. Don't be suprised to get sued for thousands of dollars when you move out. It doesn't matter if you are an ideal tenant for years; they will still squeeze hundreds if not thousands from you. If your a woman, be very careful about security. There isn't a lot of lighting and people commit crimes there all the time. If you don't believe me, get the Gaineville Police department to pull you a sheet on crimes in the area. It is free of charge and you will be suprised. Nicole needs to be fired, and Banta properties needs to stick to the ghettos. There are a lot better apartments on that road to look into. If Nicole doesn't fill up the apartment, which it doesn't because people who know about it stay away, she will try to lock you into Banta Properties exclusive 120 day autorenewal clause. This means if you don't give them over 120 day written notice that you are moving out, that is 4 months!!!, they will say you are locked in for another year. The worst thing about it is they don't tell you you have to renew until a week before your lease ends. By that time, you have already signed a lease somewhere else. Not many tenants stay for years and years. You are luck, however. You actually looked them up before moving in. Listen to the other reviews. They don't care if it is one day late or Nicole misplaced it. They will demand it be paid or you guessed it you will get SUED!!!!!!!!! You can call Kathy Banta and complain, but she does nothing. She knows one of her family members is a lawyer with nothing else to do. Good luck on finding an apartment... Gainesville has plenty to choose from. These are just my opinions, but keep in mind I have lived in six different apartment complexes and this is the only one I had a bad experience in. You might want to get a lawyer before you move in this place. Just kidding..... Just stay away from it...
