Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
This complex is now a Contemporary Management Concepts property with 24hr maintenance and a 24hr emergency number. The residents that live here get the same attention as the residents that live in Haile Plantation becasue we manage those properties as well. All of the apartments have been upgraded with newer appliances, nicer closets and more. The old manager is no longer here.
