I lived here for two years and then moved away and then back again. My second time in this complex was not nearly as pleasant as the first. What I do know for sure was the management change did not keep the same standard after Hannah left. The new managers (there were two subsequent management changes) did not know what they were talking about ever and were not organised at all. In general I went directly to the maintenance people to get things fixed, not wanting to go to the office and deal with them at all. When I left I was told that I needed to keep the utilities in my name, then they rented it out early and I paid someone else's utilities! Come to find out that they should have taken them over. My letters to the management company have been ignored so far.
I would think very seriously about moving into this apartment complex now, which is sad because they were such nice apartments at one time.
