The places are cheaper than some things closer to campus, but there is a daycare nearby that has very loud children weekday mornings. Many things in the apartment broke (even though maintenance fixed quickly). Overall, they are pretty rundown and simple. I'd recommend for one person, but you can get better for your money.
Also, the minute you cross management they turn on you. They are unhelpful for anything besides taking your rent check and sending out maintenance. It'd be best to stay away.
