You could definitely do much worse.

I lived here for the better part of a year, in a studio. The management can be hard to get ahold of, but the head maintenance guy was always nice, even though he never fixed the issue that I kept having him over for...
for a studio apartment you get what you pay for, I guess. There is only one window in a studio, so the apartment is usually quite dark. This is probably a minus in most people's book. The floor was strangely constructed. There was a major soft spot right in the center of the apartment that became moist when it rained. Don't use the laundry room here, you're better off driving for 90 seconds and using Brandywine's.
Complaints: the side of the property that I stayed on had overhanging shade trees, so my car was always the new home of at least one spider. There was also big issues with mold on my side of the complex, courtesy of said trees.
I would recommend this complex under limited circumstances: 1)you need somewhere quiet and convenient to campus, 2)you get something larger than the studio, 3)the door of your apartment is not located under the shade trees. Stay far away from the shade trees.
