I signed a 6 month lease...apt was just renovated after a long-time resident moved out...within weeks of me moving in I noticed mold growing on the ceilings of the kitchen and bathroom...apt smelled like mildew the entire time iI was living there and there was nothing the complex was willing to do about it...and if for some reason you ever need maintenence to come out...good luck in getting the problem fixed...I requested something to be fixed the first week I was there and I moved out 6 months later with the problem still needing to be worked out. So dont make the same mistake I did and find somewhere better to live!!!
