I have read the reviews, and I have to admit people can complain. The community is a small one, only 74 apartments, so its quiet and great for graduate students, if you want a place that has a good bus stop and wont have many parties. Management is great, it is run by only one manager, so one has to understand that he has alot to do by himeself. He manages everything on time, and communicates great with the community. The tras is all the way in the back, i give you that, but the community is small, so its only a minute to walk there, there are many communities with 300 apartments that have the same deal, and walking would be a nightmare. You hardly cant find any apartments for 600 dollars, a two bedroom everywhere ranges the 700 now a days, unless its somewhere where you wont feel safe. You are close to everything, butler plaza is only 5 minutes away, you cant beat that. The bedrooms are huge, and the bath room has double sinks, its awesome. Its great for the money you put in it, it is a college town, you cant expect luxury for 600 a month, If you want more then you need to go somewhere were you pay 600 per bedroom. Its a nice quiet community, and it is not dirty whatsoever, you are responsible for cleaning your own apartment after you move in, that is just the facts. But all apartments are handed in clean. Overall i like it, i recomend it to anyone who is looking for something quiet and central.
