If you like to be secure and comfortable, this is the place. While my stay here I have had many pleasant experiences. The positives: you have a caring manager that looks out for you; he also lives at the complex, so he knows what you are talking about. The price is good for the location. I have a dog and most places charge you per month for a pet fee and Archer Woods does not. They don?t discriminate against size and breed. I know, I know, what you are thinking, but it seems that all the residents here respect the fact of having a pet. It is soooooo quite here. The maintenance is good and you are never forgotten. The best thing about this place is that you are always understood and taken care of. Now let me talk about the negatives: Because you are soooo close to U.F. and the Plaza, there is a bit of traffic. (But if you think about it, it is worth it.) And that is all I can think negatively about it. If you are seriously a student at U.F. and don?t want any disruption while you study.
