I have now lived here for a year and the best part is by far the staff. The complex manager is very understanding and always willing to help. The maintainence guys are great and every morning I see them walking around cleaning up the grounds.

The apartments are a nice size, but the kitchen is tiny! I live in a 2 bedroom and it is buy far the biggest apartment bathroom I've seen in a long time, but they could have spared some of that square footage for the kitchen.

The construction is not the greatest. i can here my upstairs neighbor peeing in his bathroom from my bedroom and there are no baseboards in the house. The orange or yellow cabinets are initially very bright, but the sunny yellow has grown on me.

Even thought you're on Archer road, the complex is very quite. The complex backs a wooded area of UF and is very pretty. This shade also keeps the apartments cool and even during the summer with the A/C runing all the time, my electric was never over $60.

Most of the residents are couples in grad school with thier dogs and the place is never loud.
