I have lived here for a few years now so I have seen different managament come and go. This apart. complex has the potential to be a really cool place but the management and some of the people they let live here can be better. One time, a diagnosed schizophrenic lived here and stocked a girl who lived here at the time. She moved out...Currently, nothing gets fixed on time. They are always trying to screw you out of your money and they are rude to you if they feel they have done one thing on your behalf. The construction around this place is slow and noisy. I think alot of cheap labor is going on so much of the work isn't of good quality. The owner is out of touch and does not respond to your emails or phone messages. They switch managers like women switch their -----------------. The last manager is always the one to blame for their inconsistencies. I honestly stay here because I don't want to move again...The rent is alright but you have to have much patience and tolerance for ignorance. Additionally, you have to be persistent to get anything done around here.
