i managed in 1998 and that was a different owner and a different management co., I am sooooo sorry to hear all of these negative things about what was my favorite complex in Gainesville. I lived on site and the 2 BR was great except when the upstairs neighbor vacuumed, sounded like bowling. I cannot believe that it has become so bad, I knew they changed management, but this sounds horrible.
I am sooooo sorry! Owners should not have sold!
