I live at Archer Woods Apartments and I feel that it is a fair deal. The only issue I had with the property is this crazy tenant, Robin, known as "unhappymohawk" on the previous remark. This girl caused some of her neighbors problem, and I heard that she wrote threatening letters to her neighbors and even the police had to get involved. She stated in her comment that she was asked by the landlord not to talk to them directly, but go through an attorney. I can just imagine how her craziness drove them to say that!

If you move to an apartment complex, make sure she is not your neighbor!!!

Archer Woods Apartments is not going to win any first prize awards. They are just an average apartment complex. My rent is about $600 a month- You can pay more, or you can pay less, but I feel I am getting my money's worth.
