This is a good value apartment. I feel comfortable here. It is quite and it is amazingly close to campus. I save lots of time and GA$. I think that the place is a great value. I resigned for another year. I looked around but we decided this was the best deal....

Glad to hear you are happily living there. But it is too early to recommend this to other people because by the time when you move out, you will be charged for ridiculous reasons---That actually happened to my friend and he was even threatened if he does not pay that money in time, legal action will be taken.
