Til this day I have nothing but contempt for the property manager/owner, ---- ----- and his croonies. What a crooked owner and complex! Before it was sold it had a good reputation for being reasonably well priced and convenient for UF students. I enjoyed my initial years at the complex, but after it was sold things went dramatically down hill! Unsavory characters (i.e., local drug dealers, rednecks who fixed their trucks out in the parking lot, a cheating and two-timing property manager, and the list goes on). I have been meaning to write this review for a long time now to ward off decent individuals who are tricked into renting from this complex. They have no respect for your privacy, do not uphold your maintenance requests, and inconvenience you with their constant renovations and "improvements"! Everything still looks like ---- and they need a thousand FOR SALE signs outside the complex to get people take over leases of individuals who vacated their leases prematurely. As far as safety...IT SUCKED. Talk about schizophrenics climbing up your apartment wall to peep at you...that my friends, is a true story. I was there when that happened, as well as witnessing the occasional car jackings and motorcycle thefts in the complex. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND YOUR LIFE!
