RUN DON't WALK as fast as you can from this place. The apartments are nice where lay out and design are concerned, but that's where the "nice" ends around here.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and the last 6 months since the change in ownership and management have been the worst experience of my life!!!! The new "management" (if you can call it that) cares nothing for the tenants or their situations, safety or otherwise. Every time you go to the office, there is a new face because they can't keep employees. (that should tell you something) The property has gone down hill all the way.
There's not one single other resident that i have run into that has had a single good thing to say about the new management.

They fired the security guards and finally after months of complaining, they replaced them with college students that are of no help (when they are there) and give my children the creeps. They have let the equipment go and long time residents are leaving in droves!!! They never seem to be in the office even though their hours say they will be. It seems to be a bit much to run a business when there's never anyone there to "run" things.
You won't be happy here long if you need any thing from the current management. They seem to be more interested in their company and parties, than in actually running and managing the property.
Call me old fashioned, but customer service is supposed to be about the customer and making us happy, and if that is what you expect, you won't find it here. Maybe in part due to the fact that the new property manager used to "manage" a college student facility and isn't used to dealing with mature adults who pay and arm and a leg to live in a nice place and expect "nice" service at the very least. Somehow, she doesn't connect the dots that what we pay in rent (which isn't cheap) pays for her salary and therefore she really works for us, or is supposed to.
At any rate, you would be better off living somewhere else and hopefully you have done your research and read this warning. I'm only running my lease out, and then trust me, I'm out of here along with alot of others. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
