I wish I would have known about this website before I moved in. I stayed in a building that backed up to Publix, and the noise was incredible. There were delivery trucks coming and going at all hours of the night. It made it impossible to sleep. The managers are nothing but thieves, who steal your security deposit with false claims (that I am disputing), the rent and pet deposits are ridiculously high, and the gym equipment is always broken. I could go on, but I think I've said enough Please go elsewhere, I wish I would have.

you should move to Magnolia Place, its really nice where I live. I looked at Asbury Park, but it doesn't compare. Now I hear there is more noise b/c of the new apartments being built. Sorry. Magnolia Place is really quiet.

Magnolia place stinks. They steal, lie, cheat just to get you to buy or sign a lease. They don't deliver on their promises and the place just sucks. It's a dangerous place
