No place to park, if you own two vehicles you will find yourself in a constant battle. Forget having company over. The noise level is ok, that depends on your neighbors. We have quit ones on one side and noisy ones on the other. We have had a few problems with things breaking because all of the appliances are dirt cheap. They look at you cross eyed when they repeatedly break like its your fault. On top of it they expect a maintenance man to do all repairs, even A/C. He doesn't fix it right the first time and causes some additional problems - not his fault. Security is poor, kids coming in like crazy. Have seen 10 - 15 kids at the pool with no adults. Power bill is high due to the vaulted ceilings and poor outdated appliances. The management tends to get moody. Overall the place is less then OK. With the amount of money people pay to live here it should be way better then what it is.
