I moved into Asbury Park a couple of months ago and really like it. It s really quite and away from the university. Every time I need maintenance done he comes the same day. I was having ac problems and he was out in a matter of minutes. I have read reports that the management was really bad. However, I found out that it has since changed and they are really nice. I had some personal problems around my move in time and they worked with me. I only plan on being here for a couple of years due to moving out of town, but I really would recommend this complex to my friends.

My name is billy and I lived at asbury park apartments in gainesville at 5333 sw 75th street #d31 gainesville florida 32608 I would recommend the apartments to anyone. The unit I rented was 1,350 for a three bedroom and had high vaulted ceilings and washer and dryer plus a one car garage, very quiet and clean community with all the luxuries you would expect at a five star resort. Excellent management and staff who listen and care about renewals and long term tenants.
