We have lived at Bellamay Grand for almost one year. The apartment complex is very nice and has all the amenities you could want. The prices are good but apartments are very small for a one bedroom.

If you want to live here, plan on getting the apartment on the highest floor. The floors are very thin here and you can here everything the resident does above you. My neihbor's apartment sounds like a bowling alley on Saturday night offering bowl one get one free. The management is young here so you probably will not get a sympathetic ear. We have lodged three complaints and he get louder each time they call him. We will not renew our lease but go somewhere where they are more selective and the price is out of the majority of students income level.
