My wife and I have been living here for 2 years and still going. This place is AWESOME. It has all the amenities that you need. It has a car care center (2 water sprayers, air for your tires, vaccuum) available 24 hours a day for free. Every Saturday there is a bruch where they serve doughnuts, danishes, bagels, milk and OJ.

This complex offers a office area where tenants can get online with one of the two computers. They provide a fax machine and a copier for use.

There is a big screen tv with DirectTV hooked up to it. During the football season, they subscribe the the NFL package so people can see any game they want. There is also a movie library for tenants to check out and take home or watch on the big screen.

There is a wonderful sparkling pool with the radio playing softly around the pool. There is a gym with 2 tv's and an indoor basketball court (where I spend a lot of my time). My neighbors are wonderful. Usually about once every two months, they have an ice cream social where they buy tubs of GOOD ice cream.

Over all this is the BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN GAINESVILLE. I would tell anybody to live here if asked.
