I lived here last year with two roomates, and the apartments were definitely the nicest I've seen in Gainesville. The BG is fairly far from campus so if your looking for a quiter atmosphere this is good for you. If you are in school, driving to the park and ride lot isn't that bad. The BG is a little expensive and I wouldn't recommend anything other than the three bedroom for the money. The facilities here are awesome and worth a few extra bucks. Service is pretty good, except make sure you tell them in time your leaving or they will find you in breach of your lease and take your security deposit. They also charged us 80 bucks too clean the carpet, and I don't remember there being any stains but whatever. Of my four years in college, it the best place I lived.
