Though a little pricey (for Gainesville not for rest of world).. the apartments are beautiful, high ceilings, roman bath tubs, tile floors... I lived on the third floor and didn't hear a peep from my neighbors, but I am pretty sure that the tenant below me could hear my vacuum. Maintenance staff were quick and helpful (only one problem once). Facilities are very nice including great workout facility and indoor basketball court. Also, too pricey for undergrads so only working professionals and some grad students.
