I have seen what Gainesville has to offer and nothing compairs to this place. The staff members are all wonderful and extremely responsive to all complaints small or large. I have never had a maintenance request take more than 2 hours to resolve... even after hours. Gates are sometimes broken but that is usually due to inconsiderate people tailgating through b/c they dont want to wait their turn. The one bedroom with a den is an incredible find in this town. Neighbors are something I cant complain about either. I have become very good friends with all of them and they are quiet people just like me. Sure, you can hear people walking above you... but that is true of any apartment anywhere that you dont live on the top floor of. But foot steps is the extent of what I hear and nothing else around me. Oh yeah and lets not forget breakfast every saturday in the club house, great exercise facilities, comfortable pool seating, and the occassional pot luck dinner. They really care here and they make that obvious. Its wonderful, peaceful, and friendly here and if I wasnt moving out of state this coming summer I would definately renew my lease without thinking twice.
