From reading some of the reviews here I can't believe they're talking about the same complex. I originally moved to Bellamay Grand with an old high school friend. The rent rates are low for what you get: crown and regulr molding standard; roman bathtub in the master; high ceilings; gorgeous pool; indoor wood bball court; fitness center; business center with copier, computers and fax machine; free use of the club house for events; plenty of hot water; excellent a/c; free car wash area; complitmentary continental breakfast every Sat.; events (potlucks and whatnot) for the residents; and so much more. The staff are absolutely wonderful, especially if you take time to get to know them. The residents too are great! We visit our neighbors on a regular basis, have dinner with them, etc. Sometimes they even take our trash to the dumpster for us! I recently moved into a new apartment with my fiance so I've lived on both the first and third floors. While on the first floor I never had any noise complaints, and the third floor is even better in that respect. Because both my fiance and I are in law school peace and quiet to study is important to us, and we have it in abundance. All in all this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in and I've lived in quite a few. Bottom line, if you don't live her yet, move in soon!
