Bellamay Grand is aesthetically pleasant place to reside. The reoccuring nuisances are what make it a poor value. If you are looking for a quiet and secure place to live, keep looking. Although the gates do provide some security, they are often malfunctioning and left open. The walls are paper thin, and bass and raised voices will penetrate easily.
The indoor basketball court is great--especially during the summer months, just make sure you keep an eye on your property while you're there.
The choice of color is nice and the amount of space you get is the best we've seen. However, I'd rather have a quiet, secure place to live than more space.
