Yes, the apartments look nice BUT live there for little while, at least long enough for it to rain hard and YOU WILL GET WET. The windows leak, the seams in the stucco on the outside leak into the wall which causes the interior dry wall to get wet. Also, there seems to be big problem with MOLD since the moisture is trapped inside the walls. I could maybe understand this sort of thing if I were in a cheap apartment but let's face it - one doesn't expect this in an apartment with rent as high as it is.
Also, what's up with the dead trees ' cut them down before they fall on more cars.
And fix the gates so that if someone tries to run through it their car will be damaged, then they won't try it again! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
